What This Site Targets
Conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA is the target for cmmcalibrationcleveland.com. Accessibility is part of the quality of this website, not a separate exercise.
In practice the target means text that meets contrast requirements, headings that follow a logical order, form fields with visible labels and clear error messages, images with text alternatives, and pages that can be operated with a keyboard alone. Any change to a page brings a conformance review with it.
Known Limitations
Known gaps exist, mostly where third-party material is involved. Certificates and scope documents supplied as PDFs by third parties may not carry tags for screen readers, and older uploaded files may be missing text alternatives.
If You Hit a Barrier
Use the contact page to report any part of this site that cannot be used; the contact details for the desk that handles reports are listed there. The report is acknowledged, in writing, within three (3) business days.
Until the underlying page has been corrected, the information requested is supplied in an alternative format — plain email, large print, or read over the telephone — and no request is held up by the barrier itself.
